Intrado Digital Media is hiring a Bilingual (Spanish) Webcast Producer. The Webcast Producer will manage client projects while utilizing Intrado's platform solutions and EaaS (Events as a Service) model to provide end-to end event experience for our customers, while serving as a liaison between customers and internal resources.
Digital Media advances the way companies communicate with their employees, customers, investors and the public. We are proud to power mission critical communications such as marketing webinars, virtual events, product launches, employee town halls and investor days. We provide an entire suite of services such as webcasting, online events, press release distribution, audio, video & web conferencing, media monitoring, OTT, corporate websites and investor relations.
•Maintains project plans to be used in tracking project milestones and deliverables weekly for ongoing projects.
•Works with management and senior members of the team on escalations, client issues and event contingencies
•Performs webcast configuration, testing and delivery
•Organizes, prepares and uploads event content (text, images, audio, video, etc.)
•Assists in the live production of webcasts, recordings and broadcastings
•Ensures the quality of the event is up to the client's standards and provides frontline support across multiple events
•Establishes an excellent working relationship with assigned clients and continuously strives to improve the level of overall service the company is providing
•Participates in client meetings and conference calls to identify issues and make recommendations on how to eliminate future issues
•Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Communications, Film, Marketing or a related field. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements
•1 year of webcasting, video production or content production
•1 year of project coordination experience is desirable
•Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, multi-lingual is a plus
•Strong organization skills and the ability to multi-task
•Ability to handle frequent change
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required
•Knowledge of Adobe Suite of Applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver) desirable
•Video Encoding is desirable
•Knowledge/Experience of Live Streaming / On-Demand Streaming desirable
Travel / Physical Demands
Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
