Responsible for tactical/routine writing and editing such as newsletter articles, policies and procedures, advisories and alerts, correspondence, event or initiative communications, press releases, fact sheets, forms to support achievement of business goals and maintain/improve the company's image. Position may include responsibility for contributing to publication design including photography and graphic design; assisting with civic/community relation activities; maintaining website content including developing, writing, editing, and posting information; maintaining distribution lists; translating documents across languages; and/or gathering and reporting information regarding team member or public opinion for use by management.: 2+ years experience researching and preparing written communications or BA/BS degree in English, Communications, Journalism or related subject matters.

Candidate will provide procedure and reference documentation support for Human Resource lines of businesses. Key Responsibilities: • Partners with clients or LOB subject matter experts to draft or edit simple to complex procedures and/or other related knowledge artifacts and web content. Documentation and web content is typically new or existing, changeable, or intertwined with multiple business operations. • May manage business initiatives related to LOB business process or change implementation, certification efforts, and web publication. • Participates in establishing documentation and web publication guidelines, conducting procedure audits, certifications, or managing procedure timeline and pipeline.
