What you'll do... We are looking for a storyteller. Someone who loves writing, editing, and thinking about how content interacts with users, products, and experiences. Someone who can jump from microcopy for product screens to help articles to website copy. Someone who is creative and inventive, and can analyze problems and generate solutions. Someone who is passionate about words and looking to grow as a writer. Responsibilities:
  • Write a variety of content types across the customer journey
  • Create, update, and apply tone to website, retail, software, online, and mobile experiences
    • Be a crucial part of product creation teams, thinking about content from initial concepting to final release
    • Use data, analytics, research, and business objectives to inform content

      • Background in financial content
      • Experience in content marketing/marketing strategy
      • Knowledge of content management systems, such as AEM
      • Knowledge of design tools, such as Figma
        • Background in UX What you'll bring to the team...
          • BA in communications, English, journalism, marketing, or a related field
          • At least two years of writing and editing experience in a professional setting (internships can apply)
          • Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
          • Excellent grammar and proofreading skills, with attention to accuracy
          • Experience grasping complex concepts/procedures and translating them for users into content that is clear and concise
            • Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and embrace change
            • Understanding of SEO and how to apply it to content
            • Basic knowledge of customer needs and how to incorporate their perspective into content
